Liquitex Ultra Matte Fluid Medium

Liquitex Ultra Matte Fluid Medium dramatically reduces surface gloss to give a dead matte finish with no sheen. It economically extends opaque colour to double the amounts without affecting colour or acrylic stability - perfect when underpainting or running out of colour mid way through. 

Liquitex Ultra Matte Fluid Medium slows the drying time to help you create more subtle colour blends while also maintaining paint opacity, colour intensity and hue.

To use, mix as much as you like into acrylic colour to create the viscosity and transparency you want - the more you add, the thinner and more transparent your colour will become.  Stir gently to avoid creating foam - if bubbles appear, leave it to sit while the bubbles rise and disappear. The matte effect is most obvious when mixed with opaque colours.

Liquitex Ultra Matte Fluid Medium is fully intermixable with all Liquitex products.
